Welcome to the Fairview Heights Public Library's payment website.  The library has partnered with the Illinois E-Pay Program to provide you with a secure, convenient, and easy way to make payments for non-resident fees or donations to the library.

Please remember that you can prevent overdue charges by renewing materials online, by phone or returning materials to the drop off box in front of the library building.  For assistance, contact the Library Circulation Desk at (618) 489-2070.

To check your library balance, review your account information in the library catalog.

To make payments using E-Pay, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the type of payment you would like to make.
  2. Complete the online form.
  3. After you complete the online form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Please keep the e-mail confirmation for your records.

Please allow two business days for your account information at the library to be updated or for your donation to be acknowledged.
