Welcome to the Nippersink Public Library Payment website.  The library has partnered with the Illinois E-Pay Program to provide you with a secure, convenient and easy way to make online payments for Fines/Fees, Lost or Damaged Materials or to make a Donation to the Nippersink Public Library.

Please remember that you can prevent overdue charges by renewing your materials online through your patron account, via e-mail to nippersink@nippersinklibrary.org, or by calling the library at (815) 678-4014.

To check for fines/fees due, review your account information by going to www.niclibraries.org/patroninfo.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by following these simple steps:

  1. Select the type of payment you would like to make.
  2. Complete the online form with the requested information.
  3. After you complete the online form, you will receive a confirmation number.  Please keep this confirmation number for your records.
  4. Please allow two business days for your account information at the library to be updated.  If you are paying fines/fees so that you can check out, renew or place holds on items today, please complete your E-payment online and bring your confirmation number to the circulation desk as proof of payment.
