Welcome to the Plano Community Library's payment web site. The Library has partnered with the Illinois E-Pay Program to provide you with a secure, convenient, and easy way to make payments for fines and fees.
Please remember that you can prevent overdue charges by renewing materials by phone or online. To see what you have checked out or renew materials, review my account information in the library catalog. Materials can also be returned in the book drops in the front of the building when the library is closed. For assistance please contact the Circulation Desk at (630) 552-2009.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Follow these simple steps:
- Select the type of payment you want to make.
- Complete the online form with all the requested information.
- You will receive a confirmation number by e-mail once your transaction is complete. Print this form for your records and bring it with you the next time you come to the Library.
- Allow 2 business days for your account to be updated and fines to be cleared from you account. If you are paying fees so you can check out today, complete your e-payment, then bring the printed receipt to the Circulation Desk as proof of payment, so your account can be credited right away.
